Clean Industrial Technology Act of 2019
Purpose
A bill to amend the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 to establish a program to incentivize innovation and to enhance the industrial competitiveness of the United States by developing technologies to reduce emissions of nonpower industrial sectors, and for other purposes.

- Directs the Department of Energy to establish a program focused on reducing emissions from nonpower industrial sectors through activities that include research, technology development, demonstration projects, and technical assistance
- Specifies that the program focus on reducing emissions in materials and chemical production processes, medium and high-temperature heat generation, and long distance transportation, among other areas
- Caps the amount that can be spent on demonstration projects at $650 million
- Directs DOE to create an Industrial Technology Innovation Advisory Committee
