Background
Anisha Singh completed her PhD in Applied Physics at Stanford University where her research was in experimental condensed matter physics. Anisha’s doctoral work was focused on developing new methods to study materials with exotic electronic properties. She is interested in how policy shapes the scientific research environment in the US, impacts participation in our nation’s scientific workforce, and affects the development of new technologies, particularly in the energy sector. Most recently, Anisha worked at Antora Energy developing thermal batteries specifically designed to decarbonize heavy industry.
