About
Alicia Waller is a leader in aligning an organizational workforce with its strategic business goals. With 30 years of building and strengthening HR infrastructures, she has launched and managed programs across all human capital functional areas for government, professional services, and nonprofit entities.
Before joining AIP, Waller was the chief people officer at Pendulum LLC, a technology firm focused on highly cleared persons in the cyber, artificial intelligence, and systems engineering for the security sector. Prior to that, Waller was the global people officer at JSI, where she completed the global merger and acquisition of World Education Inc. and developed the talent management 3-year strategic plan.
Earlier, Waller was the chief people officer at the National Council on Aging, where she elevated the HR strategy, developed accountability metrics for equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives, and embedded tools to sustain the organization’s capabilities. Additionally, at Amideast, Waller was the chief human resources officer where she aligned the HR strategy with the organizational plan, introduced new data systems and performance management tools, and upscaled training globally.
